Struggling to find the same feelings in the golf swing as you do in your practice swings? It's probably because of two things: unconscious movement when practicing and lack of repetition. So let's kill two birds with one stone!

"Swing Through"

1.Prepare your shot just like any other shot, but when it's time to pull the trigger swing directly over the ball (sounds crazy, I know ).

2.As soon as you finish the practice swing get back to the position you're wanting to adjust as soon as possible and hit the ball!


This drill will force you to make a conscious effort to get in the correct positions (depending on what your goals are). Go from practice to ball striking immediately. After a while your conscious movement will become unconscious!
